  • I-65 South to Exit 65

  • At light, turn right (or west) on Hwy 96 (towards downtown Franklin)

  • Travel to eighth traffic light (or 2.6 miles) to Church Street

  • Turn left on Church Street

  • Go through two (2) stop signs and proceed to traffic light at Columbia Avenue intersection

  • Turn left on Columbia Avenue

  • Go to next traffic light, 9th Avenue South intersection (Keystop gas station on right)

  • Turn right on 9th Avenue South

  • Clinic is first set of brick buildings on right (112 Ninth Avenue South)

  • For parking, pull in to second driveway just beyond house on right

FROM MURFREESBORO

  • I-840 to I-65 North

  • I-65 North to Exit 65

  • At light, turn left (or west) on Hwy 96 (towards downtown Franklin)

  • Turn left on 9th Avenue South

FROM FAIRVIEW / DICKSON

  • From Fairview/Dickson, take Hwy 96 East into Franklin

  • Turn Right on Hillsboro Road (Hwy 431)

  • Travel to Five points intersection (Starbucks on left)

  • Proceed south on Columbia Avenue (between old library and Post Office)

  • Proceed to the second traffic light, 9th Avenue South (Keystop gas station on left)

  • Turn right on 9th Avenue South
